    My device huawei ec-5377 haven't unlocked but credit got deducted

    i tried to unlock my device but error accrued and device restarted nd my log reset and credit deducted after restart of device i want to recover my money to re unlock kindly guide me for that my username is hksheikh93 and my current log is em using windows 10
