DC Unlocker Activation is still pending

I ordered DC Unlocker Full Activation for Infinity Box s/n 2D09CC4F and it rejected and infinity support said that problem is in DC Unlocker side after few hour they said order again so I order again and 2 days passed yet it is in process. Please activate it quickly as I have already late for many devices which customer want to take back so it will big loss for me so please do your kind support. Waiting for your kind response.

DC-unlocker activation on Infinity box is done by infinity. We are not involved in the process for this. Also your dongle sn/id is 002D09CC4F. Check with service where you purchased activation from.
