If credits are still in your account then you would need to provide only your username to check for refund possibility, otherwise investigation of the problem should be continued. The problem with the locked B970B is solved already - I used another firmware... So I don't need my coins anymore.

The dc-unlocker didn't work in my case, the B970B was shown as unlocked and the unlock button was grey, but the router was locked.
