Then connect dongle to pc if you have it, launch dc-unlocker and go unlock your phone. Good luck.

I think you are not getting my point, if you would be dongle user you would not need any username/password, if you get this error means there is no dongle connected to pc and detected on software. Dongle id is shown on left bottom corner of dc-unlocker software, if you do not see anything there means no dongle detected.
