Account blocked error

When I click check login in the DC-Unlocker software it says account blocked or email verification pending.

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

No, there should be e-mail from dc-unlocekr with link to unblock account.

Your payment is still on "Pending" status this might be a reason. Also what email address you are checking?

well you need to go directly to gmail, not outlook, to check your spam filter/spam box there.
