There are no b;locks on your dongle. Please write ip address that you use when connecting to server. Maybe it is blocked.

I just bought 4 credits today, but when I tried to unlock I received same error , so I click cancel and uninstall winpcap drives and lauch dc client again but not able to do unlocking anymoure. client automaticacally close when i click on check login.
