User account expired

hello,I am a dongle user but as repair imei is not supported in dc unlocker so I wanted to try HCU client.As it asks for a username and password and I already had a username created I just bought credits for my username.But now the problem is when I put my username and password in the dc unlocker client it is fine and shows me the remaining credits but when I put the details in HCU client it shows user account expired.Can you please help me.My username is santosh81

Hello, always buy credits under new user if you use it with HCU.

Ok, but I have an account with 8 credits I can not use because it is expired. I made a new account with 8 credits and worked in HCU, but I have 8 credits in an expired account, I could get those credits in my account? I did not know that the previous account was expired, but when recharging the account no problem, the problem is when I want to use my credits. I paid 8 credits yesterday to the old account, then I had to create a new account and paid another 8 credits, I used the new account, the old account is expired and still has 8 credits, please refund or transfer my new account.
Who can help me? I can prove the payments, the payments made yesterday by Paypal.
