FRP lock costs

Hello dear users and respected team
I have a question and will going to post here for don't make
Thread for simple question

I see on website that FRP lock costs 4 credits for Rocker/Vygis products and 15 for users who doesn't have Dongle

My question is, that price is only for "Rocker/Vygis" users or for users which have Dongle ??

This price is for user that have dc-unlocker dongle or Vygis/Rocker/Infinity dongle with dc-unlocker activation.
