hello there, i buyed 8 credits yesterday for read unlock codes for 2 huawei phones, i used only once and the dc-unlocker take the other 4 credits away...

what must i do? where must i claim for them? who is the man in charge??

something's wrong with it, i used just 4 for bootloader code i don't need unlock network 'cause i'm from Chile and since about 2 years from now all the cellphones must be unlocked, so i buyed 8 credits for unlock bootloader code to my 2 huawei phones... i used 4 and the others just gone...

please, i want a solution for this issue

You used 4 credits for reading unlock codes and another 4 credits for reading bootloader code, that is all i can check as you understand i won't be able to check if your phone was not network locked prior to you generating codes.

that's the problem... i didnīt use the other 4 credits for reading unlock code, i used only the bootloader reading once and when i did connect my other cellphone, the message "insuficient credits" just appeared there, that's all... i don't know why you said i used for reading unlock code :/

It shows that you pressed read unlock codes and read bootloader codes button, server is not mistaken, there is no way that software presses buttons on it's own.

iīm pretty sure i didn't press anything but bootloader reading code for 1 cellphone... but ok... and thanks for your help
