I can't connecting to the server, yesterday it works 3 times, can you help me?

No blocks on our side for you, therefore problem is somewhere on yours. Make sure you are not using proxy and not connecting from VPN. These connections not allowed. Also try to disable firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in. Otherwise only checking from another pc or using different connection to internet method may help.

I dont use proxy or VPN.
The firewall and antivirus software are temporary off.
I use a second pc and change the internet connection to HSDPA, result: Error connecting to server !

I've no idea what's wrong here

If you do not have other internet connection method possibility then can only check for refund possibility.

Then try to disconnect router/modem from pc if there is any connected during your log in time.

I test the connection to the server with a VPN client, it works 1 time
