  • Used wrong unlock code button - can be refunded?

    Hello,
this is not a technical problem, so I put the topic in "Payment/account/refund" section rather that in Huawei section.
I tried to unlock the bootloader of a Huawey Ascend Y300-0100, using these instructions.
    This is the phone:
    Code:
Model : Huawei Qualcomm Android phone
    IMEI : ***************
    Serial NR. : ****************
    Firmware : MSM8x25V100R001C00B170_AMSS Feb 21 201304:05:05
    Hardware ver. : MSM8x25 .VerA
    Wi-Fi MAC : EC:23:3D:DB:B9:19
    BlueTooth MAC : EC:23:3D:DB:A0:59
    SIM Lock status : [b]unlocked[/b]
I created an account, bought 4 credits.
Unfortunetely I did not press the "read bootloader code" button, I accidentally hit the "read unlock codes". That button was the second button, below the "unlock" button in the instructions, but in the current software version it is the third button from above...
So I got 4 codes as result (NCK, NetSub, SP, Unblock).
After trying all of them I noticed that none of them unlocks the bootloader.
I assume I created unlock codes for a SIM lock. But the phone is not SIM locked, as you can see above. So this made no sense at all and used up my credits.
This was my fault, I know. I am sorry.

    My questions:

    1. Can you refund my 4 credits for the useless codes so that I can create the bootloader unlock code?
The DC Unlocker account is the same name as in the forum.

    2. Would it make sense to improve the software to ask for a confirmation if a user spends his credits for SIM unlock codes of a device that is not SIM locked?

    Thanks and best regards

Credits were added back to your account. We will try to improve in that area, thank you for your suggestion.

      Thanks Valdemaras!
This is great. You give a wonderful support.
I could read now the correct bootloader unlock code and unlocked it successfully!
Thanks a lot! You made my day (or better saved the next night... ;-)
