If you made a payment via paypal then log into email box which is linked to paypal account, there will be a mail that contains verificationlink, after you click it accountwill be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well.

How long before that verification email should arrive? I got the email with my user name and password from DC-Unlocker (sent to my email [email protected]), but the only email I got from PayPal (sent to another email) was the receipt for the credit purchase. There was no verification link. User name is jah732
