Refund me. Hi, I made a purchase of 7 credits to unlock my huawei E5172s-920 model but is quite unuasable for me as it requires a dongle and it was listed among Credits for users who don't have a dongle needed for one operation.

Maybe your modem ask for unlock code when you start it with other provider sim card? If so, then you can generate this code by dc-unlocker.

When i searched for the device using dc client 2,it fond nothing.

First you should check if device asks for unlock code input on it's WEBUI, only then generate code otherwise you will waste credits/money. If device does not ask for unlock code input, then let us know and we will check for refund if credits not spent yet.
