I bought 15 credits by paypal, but I found my account is blocked after I got password and tried to unlock device.

I check the e-mail and the spam folderuse for paypal again , but I couldn't not find the e-mail form dc-unlocker that instructions how to unblock my account and my Paypal account shows "Payment To DC-Unlocker" is "Completed".

Could you please resend the e-mail to my E-mail: [email protected] again or unlock my account manually?

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

I'm using same email for paypal. I did receive your replied email, but I still didn't find your email instructed how to unblock.
