Just how long does it take to receive the password to DC Unlock, after we pay?

Takes usually 1-2 minutes. Your's did not arrive because you made grammar mistake in your email address, now password was re-sent. Also your account is temporary disabled. If you made a payment via paypal then log into email box which is linked to paypal account, there will be a mail that contains verification link, after you click it account will be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well.
Regarding that other email with the verification link, I haven't received it (only the invoice).
As it seems the account is now blocked not becuase of unverified payment, but because of reversed payment. If it wasn't initiated by you then contact paypal about it, if it was done by you then you need to cancel payment reversal in order for us to unblock your account. If you do the latter inform us about it.

I'm sorry but that doesn't make any sense. On my Paypal account it appears as completed. Nothing else.
