  • Credits lost after dc-unlocker tool restart

    Hi DC-Team,

I encountered the following problem after the purchase of 4 credits and trying to unlock the boot loader of my Huawei Mate 8 Chinese version.

    - I ran the tool with auto device detection
    - The tool told my that I would need 14 credits to unlock but it should only cost 4 credits
    - I restarted the tool and this time manually choose the Huawei Mate 8
    - Again the tool told me I would need 14 credits
    - So after further reading the forum I found out that I have to choose "Huawei Hisilicon Kirin Android phone"
    - And this time the tool told me, that reading the boot loader code would cost 4 credits
    - I felt happy and logged in to my account which should have a balance of 4 credits to get the unlock code
    - But when I logged in the account balance was 0 credits

So now I am wondering where my 4 credits are gone?

I really hope you guys can help me out here. I am having a really hard time to get my bootloader unlocked since I am using the chines Mate 8 version in Germany and the Huawei Servers are busy all the time or the phone cannot sign in to any Huwaei accounts due to the build in location restrictions.

    cheers

Hello, please provide your username and we will check where you credits gone. DC-unlocker does not have bootloader unlock service. We can only read bootloader unlock code - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...er-unlock-code

Credits were taken because you've pressed button to generate network unlock codes.

        ok...

well I don't need them everything is unlocked except the boot leader.

Maybe you want to think about making the process of spending credits in your software a little more transparent and/or add some confirmation boxes like windows is used to, to make it a little easier to understand for casual users like I am. The UI and descriptions now are a little bit unclear I'd like to say.
I read around the net a little bit and found out I am not the first one having this issue.

Is it possible to refund this action even though it was my own fault.

        cheers

            Hi,

thank you so much for the awsome support.

Actually I am laughing about Huawei.
Two phone calls, one E-Mail still no sufficient support. DC-unlocker team supports in less than 24 houres and now my phone is unlocked.

            cheers
