2 Accounts with Credits blocked in 2days.

Hello.

i'm going crazy.... plz help

1st, i credited my account "nesquix06 / email [email protected]" with 4 credit 2 days ago.
today, impossible to login to my account (bad password or/email), and on your website, when i wanted to recover my account password, website just said that my account doesn't exist.
tried few time after, and the app now say :

Check account status

Access denied (too many incorrect logins)

so, i was so angry that i made another account "nesquix / email [email protected]" and bought 4 credits again. and you know why ? after receiving my password by email, and tried to login, the DC software said that the password is not correct again ! .. so i decided to wait 5 minutes, and just after the 2ND attemp to login, my account is now blocked ! :-( !!!!!!

and i have NO email in my mailbox on my 2 accounts (even in the SPAM BOX) to get my account verified of something else. And yes i'm able to check the email who is linked to my paypal account, but i never received any unblock link.

the only thing i can do is RESET my password,

so WHAT should i do ?

Please manualy unblock my 2 accounts ... :-( thanks
