It depends how much you are using it. If it's for few phones then it's better to use it with user account, if for many then it's quite cheap considering some damaged phones cost over 400 - 600 euros.

Do I have to first Activate Dc-Unlocker Lite
Then Activate Dc-Phoenix Feature ?

I have to make both payments?
