I don't have a dc unlocker . But I want to work with it. So I want to buy credit, but payment by paypal or other method is not easy for me in here ( Bangladesh)

Some supporters selling dc unlocker credit here but they need account. But I don't have a dc unlocker so don't have a account and I am unable to create account Directly from ur site because I am unable to pay directly.

I if u can give me blank account can I buy credit for that account from My local reseller. He told me if u have dc unlocker or account I will buy credit for u.

So only way for me give him a blank account for buy credit.

Plz help me if possible. Give me blank account @ " mmrozibul " user name.

another question I have rocker dongle and infinity dongle, Can I buy credit for that dongle? if yes then how? I don't want to active that dongles , but want them as account for buy and use credit based operations.

You do not need account to buy credits. Reseller will create you account after purchase.
No, can not buy credits to dongle if it has no activation.
