HCU account problem

I add some credits on DC-unlocker, but HCU-client says me that I have 0 credits. How I can resolve this problem?
P.S. I don't speak a good english.

Always buy credits under new user if you plan to use them with HCU, or at least make sure you can log into with that account. If you want us to check where your purchased credits gone provide your username.
