account blocked and live chat always off

i just bought, and the payment accepted, but still i cant access my account,, it said block... i dont get any messages like they said many other on other forum...

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.
