I need help , my account is block

My account was block because my dongle support was expired and I have extended it with a year support.
I made payment through paypal . there was no link that was senf to my paypal email for unloblocking of my dongle .
please i need my dongle to be unblock on time .
my dongle serial no is 01322DCB

We do not block dongles because support expired. Your computer runs usb activity scanning service/software therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.
