Unknown error 154. Refund credits?

Hi. I got an unknown error 154 when reading the unlock code. Can you please refund the credits so I can try again? (BTW, the tutorial screenshot did not exactly match the current app options, so I will try again with a different unlock option). The DC-Unlocker output was:
