Account Blocked , New Dongle, Kindly HELP!

I bought this dongle today S/N-20071928

Dc-unlocker tool says there is some monitoring tool that needs to be uninstall.

i couldnt found any such software on my system.

when it got blocked, i searched on google and found that many users have same problem due to Software like Eltima USB Share Over Network.

Yes, it was a long time ago installed on my system, but i already uninstalled it when it got expired.

but i found that in Devices manager there are 2 Virtual USB Ports still present named ELTIMA.

i think it was not completely uninstalled, that caused Dongle Block.

Please Help Me, and Reinstate My Dongle. i bought it Today to unlock my MiFi.

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.
