Please do this:

1. Restart HCU software.
2. Login with your account on software, right click on memo window and check it "enable debug logging" has a tick, if it doesn't click on it
3. Detect your device. Try to repair it, after error do rest of the steps
4. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".
5. Send that file to me, please.
