Bitcoin Payment

OK, so I am interested in using your service to unlock my Huawei phone (Huawei Nova). It seems I have the unfortunate circumstance of living in China, as no payment method works for me. I decided I would buy some bitcoins and give that a go. The transaction is stuck on pending, is that normal? I have never used bitcoin before, so it could be. As far as I can tell the coins are stuck in limbo and I only got enough to get credits for my situation. Would appreciate some help, or at least some reassurance and a hug Took me a few hours just to get the coins to the market.
