Hello, I made a payment for credits with the user name "bulkbagger" and when I use the client unlock software, it keeps giving me a message that I have insufficient credits.
The message says I have 0 credits but my payment went thru without an issue. Can you please look into this. Thank you...
Hi, I am aware of the previous refunded transactions. The one purchase for 4 credits was completed the other day and as far as I can tell, all went ok.
I, again tried to log on using the client software and it again shows that I have 0 credits. Any help with this would be appreciated.
