I bought 4 credits but 0 remained and I haven't unlocked my device

My user name is hamoynn. Because the unlocking button was gray, I accidentally clicked read unlocking code button. I read the code but couldn't unlock my phone. Now the 4 credits have gone and I am unable to unlock my huawei phone because it indicates 0 credits available. What can i do? Thanks.

Start phone with other provider (not original) sin inserted. Phone should ask for unlock code. Enter code you received and it will unlock your phone to accept all provider sim cards.

I did that. My phone is locked by att. I used a T-Mobile SIM card, the unlock page jumped out and I input the code several times. But it always tell me the phone cannot be unlocked What can I do?

Then use direct unlock - detect phone by software and click unlock instead of read unlock code.
