Which item do I need to choose for Serial Number Repair?

On hcu-client.com/buy I find an entry: 1 Phone repair numbers multiple times in 24h- 8 Credits
but where do I find this item on DC-unlocker.com for purchase?
I bought a 3 days license for HCU Unlocker in February, which I could not use at all on my Linux computer. Now I'm at my mother's desktop and I would like to repair my Serial Number, which was deleted by DC Phoenix.
