Frp erase error code 398

first of all thank you for your hard work DC team save me a lot of time with my phone and I never have any problem with your software DC unlocker or DC phoenix but...

my Huawei P10 it's bricked I have access only to fastboot and FRP it's lock so I decided this morning of paid 15€ for use FRP erase option but don't work say me code error 398 and my credit gone

So can ypu refund me on my paypal account

Hello, frp unlock will never work on bricked device, why would you even do it, frp unlock is google account removal from phone. What's your username?

But if I do it it's because I read somewhere this solution can help me ... sorry for inconvenience

Thank you very much, one more thing please can you help me to find factory firmware for p10 because I try method 1 and don't work. Only solution I think it's flash factory firmware then update.app

This model does not have factory firmware available just yet. You should try more stock roms instead. Also try clearing cache/wiping data after each flash.
