how use dc unlocker dongle credit for dc phoenix

i have a dc unlocker dongle. and want 1 operation with dc phoenix i have also 25 credit in my dongle but dc phoenix always show me 119 credit for activation.
i little bit cnfused how can i use dc phoenix with my dc unlocker dongle credit for 1 operation plz hurry up i have a p9lite vns-l31 bricked in hand and just fastboot mode .bootloader relock and frp locked
