I have already confirmed payment by paypal but did not notice any email for unblocking account or if it went to spam mail I may have deleted it. username is andrefcf. please advise how to unblock.

Help to unblock account

My apologies. I had 2 email addresses registered in paypal and one of them was no longer active. I have now confirmed the active email account as the primary email for paypal. Please advise if you can resend the unblock instructions to the current active email address.
