I'm most certain problem is not on our side, make sure you check spam box, make sure you check correct email box that you wrote on our page while registering which is [email protected]

I can not notice that it is not correct, you entered it yourself while registering and blaming us for bad service...

ok i get pass last thing i get credits with the intetion to fix one nxt-al10 using tp acording to support in gsmhosting after get 15 credits i would be able to se tp to fix the phone heres the link

i donload the proper file but i dont se tp on software the botton of tp is not hightlighted .. can you send tp to my mail or what shall i do

Please make screenshot because i just checked the file on dc-phoenix and view testpoint button is active with that file selected on software.

I'm a bit lost, before you write you trying to repair NXT- now on DC-phoenix i see EVA- firmware selected. Could you gather yourself and provide correct information?

Can not see full file name, please copy it and paste it here. No one ever will send you tp image through anything else so can work only on software to resolve it - find problem which currently seems that wrong file is selected.
