i all ready spend 75 e in this month and mostly times didnt work last time i will use to unlock network but this error didnt leaf me and i had two phones waiting for be reflashed then i used dc phoenix and first update finish credits not just because i would like to use for what i pay principaly because even if i payed 15 e for unlock in dc unlocker same i have 72 h dc phoenix . Thats why i ask for retourn mi 15 credits if is possible and reset my account please i need to use

ps please better support more then one week for answer a mp i think its to much time for get answer when i pay credits they are quickly toke by my paypal account the service to clients also must be quick

but what happend with the 15 e from 27october and what happend with the 15e extra i payed 9september because the amount didnt arrive i wait few hours and needthe to pay again to have mi 15amount i hope you will refound me my money or add a new user account becaouse its not just i will pay for a service that i didnt use ehy you are a enterprise you are winning money with this if i haven't got my money back or a solution i willneed open a claim normaly dont mus be like.this im.sad and decepcionate about this enterprise im new client

October 27th 15 credits were spent on DC-phoenix. October 9th purchases were spent on FRP unlock and DC-phoenix flashing.

You asked what happened to your credits and i told and you now complaining about something that i didn't even do... Why don't you ask questions first and do things later?

I double checked, all your payments reached us and you spent all of the credits, either on DC-phoenix or on FRP erase.

You should read user agreement first. HCU account usable from 1 pc only. Reset happens every 48h then can switch computers.

i will open another account i need only unlock sim network in my honor 8 pro whe i flashed last 27 september the net be disable and now whe i put the simcard ask me a nck simnetwork unloc code i would like to now if its with dc unlocker or with hcu that we make this operation and how much cost
