Bought credit and now account is blocked

Need this unblocked so I can start unlocking my phones. User name is also account name. Sent email last night but no answer. Usually you guys are great at getting back but not this time around.

Sorry, we did not work yesterday as it was day off in our country. If you made a payment via paypal then log into email box which is linked to paypal account, there will be a mail that contains verification link, after you click it account will be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well. If you can not find such email let us know email box address that you are checking.

I've tried via paypal but it got rejected twice saying my account is not verified. It is as it worked the first time. Then I ended up using HiPay to pay for the credits and it went through. Looking to unlock 20 phones to take abroad so help on this would be appreciated.

It doesn't matter if it went through or not, still have to verify that account you tried to pay from is yours. So go and check that email for verification link.

Are you referring to your notes in the email (see attached photo)? If so, clicking on this link doesn't open anything on my browsers. I can select copy link but nothing is copied as well. So because I used paypal first and failed my account is locked? Is there nothing you can do? email the link?

Edit: added my paypal status. Bought 5 more credits through paypal and it appears to have gone through. Don't see a refund email. However, account still locked.

Sigh, people if you're confused I now know. The link to unblock is sent ONLY if your paypal charge went through successfully. As mine did not I did not receive the email that the Mod keeps harping on. There is a link to unblock your account. If you did not receive this email title "Existing user" you are SOL.

Nothing is confusing and link is sent regardless it was successful or not... Stop confusing yourself or thinking things you do not know. I told in my first reply what to do if you did not received such email with verifiaction link which seems is your case so please provide information requested so we can solve it already.;

Not trying to start an argument man but I didn't get the email with my failed Paypal transactions. I only got the email when the payment went through. Just providing info because I've noticed others are having similar issues. You must get an email titled "Existing user" with the link to unblock otherwise you're SOL
