Paid but no mail received

I placed my order and bought 15 credits via bitcoin but never received the mail with the password. Admins can check my mail in my profile in this forum as it's the same used for transaction. (checked spam folder also).

I guess I wrote sharer777 as username...if there are so many problems checking a payment you have recieved and I can prove consider it a donation and I will try another service...it shouldn't be a so big problem...you got those 15€ and I can prove the transaction.

You see, that wasn't so hard. Now we could find your payment manually. Seems your confirmation took longer than usually therefore haven't received anything in time. New email was sent out.
