No credit left

I am newbie and just got and Huawei Honor Note 8 premium edition. I purchased and received the 4 credit (validated through DC-unlocker 2). But I was having problem with my PC detecting the phone correctly. After various settings trial and error (with PC driver and DC-unlocker settings), finally able to detect the phone and DC-unlocker can see the phone. But, now I see that all my credits are gone. Not sure what triggered this. But, can you please look into my account and fix the issue? I really badly need to get this going. My user ID: bl4617

Your credits gone after you press any service button on DC-unlocker software, in your case it was Unlock button.
