    Hi there, I deposited 8 credits to my newly created account (gelidd) but haven't received the password yet. Please send it to me as soon as you can.

    Also when I tried to read the info from a Huawei Ascend XT by following the steps in /huawei-id-unlock, it showed that "SIM Lock Status: unknown (read failed)". Does that mean that the sim unlock is not going to work? If so, I would like to have a refund because your website indicates that sim unlocking works for this device. Thank you.

    You haven't received anything because you made grammar mistake in your own email while registering. New password sent out to fixed email. If phone is locked to operator unlock will work.

        Such user doesn't exist on our database, it's the reason why you haven't reaceived anything.

          I sent the money and I have confirmation from PayPal, something is wrong with the servers maybe?

        Thank you for sending me the password! I followed the instructions on https://www.dc-unlocker.com/read-unl...-huawei-phones, but the NCK code displayed in the client software after clicking "Read unlock codes" did not work and the phone showed a message that the sim unlock was unsuccessful. I tried again using the option "Network unlock" and this time it worked. Can you add the 4 credits for the failed attempt back to my account? I'll use them to unlock another phone. Thank you!

            Valdemaras this is probably OT, but I need to unlock my P9 lite, does the 72hrs applies in this case too or able to use program only once? Also, when plug the phone in, I got different COMs port's number, does it make it the difference?

              Numbers of COM ports doesn;t make a difference. If you talk about DC-phoenix then can use it for 72h from first flash whenever you want as much as you want.
