Did log in into DC-UNLOCKER only to download software (which I did) then I open DC-PHOENIX and starting the process, found the device, it says 0 credit left! Why?
Could you (admin) check from log what went wrong please?

Maybe I need to wait before the credits been activated... anyway, I'll try to wait. In case nothing happens tomorrow I might try again the process of buying, but shall I get refund for the 1st 15 euros I paid tonight? Paypal says the transaction has gone through...

Just an update, know what happened: after I signed in and access support area, while downloading the firmware files, I left DC-UNLOCKER open, went to have a sandwich, my son (which is 12) thought it was a good idea to play with that and he did admit he scroll the tabs and press "FRP erase", when did realise was not a good thing to do he unplug the phone and close the program. Then open the program again and plug the phone back to fastboot mode... So sorry Valdemaras but is there any chance you can restore my 15 credits please?

Thank you again Valdemaras , I had same problem with V39 OUT OF MEMORY. I'm trying using an older version of DC PHOENIX. Is it 72 hours the time limit I can flash the files?

Yes, 72h from first flash. Try using latest V45 and make sure your pc has enough space in it.
