Hello Support team,
So, my Dongle support has ended (Support till : 10/8/2017).
This is not the problem as I do know how to renew my support and I will do it just not now.
For now I need to run my Dongle with older versions and do some functions which I believe I'm allowed to, though my Dongle doesn't want to work with any version and I've tried ALL versions from support.
I still get the same msg "Renew software support in order to use latest versions!" and Idk why is that!
So, kindly tell me what to do bcuz I urgently need to do some operations with my Dongle.
