Hello, i bought 15 credits to unlock my huawei (frp Lock and corrupt firmware) but i realized i downloaded the wrong program (dc-unlocker), while i needed dc-phoenix, and i might have used the wrong tool on it, so i lost all my credits, i couldn't understand the guide correctly, now i'm stuck with my bricked phone with FRP Lock, is it possible for you to help me some way? I read you could restore credits on someone's account.
I'm desperate i don't know what else to do with this paper weight.

Hello, i contacted via chat and my credit was restored, i'm now attempting to flash with the correct firmware, since the one i previously downloaded doesn't seem to work, gives me an error at downloading a file (5th of 22) i have 72 hours from today right? Hoping i manage to restore my phone, if i don't i won't ask again to restore the credit as it doesn't seem fair.
Thank you very much in any case!

Yes, you have 72h then need to buy again if want to flash more. Make sure your country/vendor matches if you get error while flashing in upgrade mode. Maybe need to repair them accordingly to newly update data customization file info that you are flashing into phone. DC-phoenix guide has all explained, please check it: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

I can flash how many times i want in these 72 hours right? As long as it's the same phone? So i can try all the firmwares i want, if that's my problem right?

Correct, can flash as many times as you want with as many firmwares as you have.

I've been trying to flash all the firmware i can find with Firmware Finder, and so far i couldn't get the phone to work again, it's either DC-Phoenix crashing, or errors while flashing in Upgrade Mode

Have you repaired vendor/country/model before flashing other firmwares into your phone like i advised in previous reply, because other firmwares won't be installed in upgrade mode until you do that, guide i gave explains everything...

Your payment was automatically refunded because paypal account is not verified, more info and solution here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/payment-refunded
if you paid with credit card, then need to register it with paypal and verify it first before making payment

I tried looking for the file to flash by clicking on "Download Files" in dc-phoenix, but my exact model isn't there, and even if i type PRA-LX1 there are only 2 dgtks files, they're both around 500KB in size, and i already tried flashing the LX1 one (PRA-LX1_NV_partitions_backup.dgtks) and it did nothing. Another thing i don't understand is why when i download PRA-LX1 firmwares from FirmwareFinder the downloaded files are names PRA-L11 instead of PRA-LX1. For all i know i might even be downloading the wrong firmware files, thing is there's actually no way i could find which one is the original firmware that came with the phone, as the phone isn't mine, it's actually a client's and i'm trying to fix it for him, he brought it to me stuck at "failed verification" screen, with a corrupt firmware, which was the B148 (Vodafone), PRA-LX1C02B148. So first thing i tried doing with DC phoenix is flashing the 148, i highly doubt the original firmware is anything different from Vodafone, so it has to be one of the Vodafone firmwares i can download from FirmwareFinder, but still, the flashing fails at 5 of 22 files.
