Earlier today, I purchased credits to unlock my Huawei Mediapad M3 ... I received the account information at the email address used for my account. However, I have not received any emails at my Paypal email address, with directions as to how to unlock my account. Additionally, I sent an email (from my Paypal email address) to Support, but haven't heard back from them either.
Can someone please provide direction, as to either A) How to get the unlock email resent or B) How to go about unlocking my account? Payment info is as follows:
Invoice ID: 904327
Paypal Transaction ID: 84V49288FU855733K
Paypal Email: [email protected]
If this sort of thing is normal (i.e.: not receiving the unlock instructions immediately after payment verification), then please forgive the impatience, as this is the first time that I have ever had this happen, when doing business online.
