Just another account lock (prohibited process)

Hey, I have problems using dc-unlocker2 (for my huawei e3131s-2 modem) I tried other software and it didin't work, came across this site and just everyone recommends it. I wanted to try, purchased credits, tried to log in and now I have this "access denied (prohibited process)". I've read few topics and I understand I have some software running which monitors my usb/ethernet connections. May be eset, may be winpcap or wireshark I just uninstalled, next time I'll try from freshly installed system. Can I ask you for account unlock?

Block now removed. Correct one of those software may have caused it, except for the antivirus one.
