hi i got this after i install new windows how to solve it

Hello, let us know your username. Originally you can switch computers only once every 48h if you have HCU+DC-phoenix license account. If it's first time you got locked we will remove it after you let us know your username, in future please be aware of it.

PC Lock removed. Can try only more c++ update packs https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...id=26347%20%20 maybe this one will help.
