I pay over paypal but still nothing on account

I payed the 10 credits to unlock my huawei E1756, but still nothing on my account when i check my account via dc!

User : skippy88
Password : OK !
Credits left : 0

Also wich unlock type i have to choice 1, 2, 3 , 4 for my USB stick?

We received your payment status as pending from paypal. Credits will be added after we receive payment and status will be changed to completed.
Use 1 type - auto read and enter unlock code.

1.i want to unlock my zte k3565-Z -need 7 credit, ok? and i will pay you 9 euro, no problems. so, if i pay you 9 euro, you send me a username and password?

2.i want to pay via sms. i tried to sent mony, but my network say ...errror.
i'm from Romania, vodafone mobile

1. k3565-Z unlockking needs 7 credits. 7 credits cost 7 euros. After we receveive the payment we send you username and password for dc-unlocker software.
2. SMS payment cost 3-5 times more. 7 credits will cost more then 7 euros. Sorry, do not know this error. Maybe your provider not allow you to send sms to this short number.
