Account locked!!!

Just installed the unlocker to unlock a ZTE modem
bought credit
got a message for monitoring software few times
figured out I had wireshark on the same PC, uninstalled it and tried again then boom my account is blocked and application closes uppon startup!!
my login is "ehality"
please unlock account or advice
