Not Enough Credits

Question 1: Why do I get not enough credits if I did not use it? Because when I bought it 2 weeks ago, the testpoint for Mate 9 Pro was not available
Question 2: How many credits I need to unbrick my Mate 9 Pro? If I am not wrong, it is HiSilicon firmware flash (4 credits)
