Insufficient credits after payment is processed

Hi guys,

I created a new account (cnblaga) and bought 4 credits (payed with my own Paypal account) in order to network unlock a Huawei P8lite phone.
I received the password and payment confirmation but I get Insufficient credits ! when I hit Check login .

Can you please check what happened?

I'll answer this myself, paypal account was not verified. After verifying it the credits were allocated instantly.
