i´m from Mexico, I paid for the DC Phoenix + HCU timed license, but when I go to flash my phone it tells me "Not Enough Credits". My username is Samaniego87...

Can you help me, please? I need to restore my phone...

if you paid with credit card, then need to register it with paypal and verify it first before making payment
You also purchased credits not timed license, be aware what you select from item list.

Thanks for the help but the information is incorrect because I have the two .APP files to install and if I had not made the payment I would not have those files, I have verified the credit card and the payment was made on Friday

You do not need to pay to download the files, you just need the account with 0 balance in it which you have even if your payment failed...

Do not lie ok, you never had 15 credits in your account because your payment was refunded autmatically.
