Hi I just bought New DC-Phoenix + HCU timed license account about 4 hours ago. Used it and it did not fixed my phone and only made it worst, now it won't boot anymore. Is it possible to request a refund? I'd like to go to the service center instead and have it to be check there. My DC-Phoenix account name is abjection

Possible to get refund if it wasn't used at all only. If phone doesn't boot anymore you probably used some file of your own that is not suitable for repair as given guide warns about it as well. If phone doesn't boot there is method 3 from DC-phoenix guide that will revive even completely dead phone.

I followed the steps correctly on method 1 and downloaded the required files namely this https://get-file.org/getf/1dee54b0a8...9500c22bfe9ae8 and this https://get-file.org/getf/a0ce17aabd...66e95ba8c51cd4 which is old firmwares(Nougat) of my phone when i'm on EMUI8(Oreo). You said in another thread that and I quote "tool works regardless of Android version in device" and so I flashed the files given and my phone's dead now. Can I atleast get a partial refund?Originally posted by Valdemaras View PostPossible to get refund if it wasn't used at all only. Partial refund possible if purchased some extra credits into your account. Flashing works regardless on what android is in your phone, it only depends on what version you flash - is it even for your phone, flashing random files you may think will work for it just because it has your phone's name on it does not end well ever. You need ot investigate before flashing in general what firmwares your phone capable of running. Still you can revive it by method 3 no matter in what condition your phone is.
